Terms and conditions for live workshops

What is Included
All materials needed for the workshops are included in the workshop fee.  If you are required to bring additional materials to any of the workshop, this requirement will be made clear by email when you book. Light refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits) are included throughout all workshops, and please note that our one day willow sculpture workshops include a light vegetarian lunch. While we will endeavour to cater for any special dietary requirements any complex dietary needs are not our responsibility. While some kneeling pads, and secateurs are available on the day you are invited to bring your own. Gloves are optional and you will have to provide your own.

Booking
Confirmation of the course place will be made by e-mail after a deposit has been received. Details of classes and workshops contained on the website may be subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms
Balance to be paid in full on the day of the workshop.

Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a different course if you cancel more than 3 weeks prior to the course.
In the case of cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to the course the course fee is non-refundable, although you could find a friend to attend in your place. This is to cover the cost of materials and willow ordered and prepared.

Unforeseen circumstances
We reserve the right to cancel or move a class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances including illness. Most classes are limited to 10 students and at least 6 students are needed to make a class. In the event of under-subscription, classes may be cancelled or postponed. If we need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances we will give as much notice as possible and offer a full refund of the deposit or the option to transfer to another course. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any other/3rd party costs you may have incurred in relation to the original workshop booking.

Liability
You take part in these courses at your own risk. We cannot accept liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal possessions or vehicles.

Copyright, trademarks and intellectual property
All material on this website and all written materials distributed during workshops are owned by or licensed to Willowtwisters and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

Data Protection
Willowtwisters will not share your personal data with any third parties for any reasons without your prior consent.  Such data will only be collected, processed and held in accordance with the provisions and principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising therefrom or associated therewith) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between the Parties relating to these Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising therefrom or associated therewith) shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
